These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Dinner Table Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Dinner Table Family, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By applying to and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Enrollment

  • To enroll, you must submit a complete and accurate application.

  • We may accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • You agree to promote our products and services in a lawful, ethical, and positive manner.

  • You may not engage in prohibited practices, including but not limited to:

    • Spamming (email, SMS, or social media).

    • Misleading, false, or deceptive advertising.

    • Bidding on or using our trademarks, brand names, or domain names in paid advertising without written permission.

    • Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.

3. Commission & Payment

  • Commission structures vary and will be outlined at the time of sign-up or application.

  • Payments will be made 60 days after the end of the month in which the sale occurred, provided the sale is not refunded, canceled, or disputed.

  • All payments will be issued via PayPal.

  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate PayPal account information and for any applicable taxes.

4. Term & Termination

  • This Agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the Program and will remain in effect until terminated.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

  • Upon termination, any unpaid but eligible commissions will be paid in accordance with Section 3.

5. Intellectual Property

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for Program participation.

  • You may not modify our materials without prior written consent.

6. Independent Contractor

  • Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising in connection with this Program.

  • Our aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modification

  • We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dinner Table Family, Inc. with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.

By participating in the Dinner Table Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
